OVERVIEW.
Some projects arrive as a blank canvas — no fonts, no palette, no visual language, no story. Kentro Living was exactly that kind of project, and exactly the kind we love. Starting from zero, we built a complete brand and digital presence for Kentro Living: an identity system refined enough to hold its own against the category's biggest names, and a website that goes further.
The result lives at www.kentroliving.com — fully designed and built on Framer.
The Work — A brand built to compete at the top
We took cues from the industry's most respected digital presences — developers and lifestyle brands that have set the standard for real estate development online — and then pushed past them. Every decision was made with intention: the color system carries the right weight without tipping into cold corporate territory. The typography pairing creates editorial presence. The custom button states, hover interactions, and page transitions move with precision.
"We studied who was doing it best — then asked what they weren't doing yet."

AI in Production — Not a shortcut. A creative tool.
AI wasn't used to cut corners here. We deployed it as a full member of the creative team: generating photorealistic imagery that matched the brand's visual language, enhancing architectural renderings to feel aspirational without being dishonest, and producing a custom AI video sequence — a drifting cloud movement on the homepage that sets tone from the first second. It's the kind of opening moment that makes you slow down.
The output is seamless. Nothing looks generated for the sake of it. Every asset earns its place.
