A 6,778 sq ft home on Wash Park's rarest corner lot, built by Definition Homes as the 2026 Denver Life Designer Showhouse. A standard MLS listing flattens all of it into a photo grid and a spec list.
Podium Properties needed one address that sold the house the way it deserves to be seen, with a private viewing as the obvious next step.

I built one page around one address. Each level gets its own gallery that opens full screen, the specs sit beside the story, and the virtual tour and viewing request are one tap away from anywhere on the page.
The approach
Everything answers the questions a serious buyer asks in order: what is it, what’s it built from, and what’s it like to live there. Gallery, Details, Neighborhood, and Agent each get their own anchor, so the page reads the way a buyer thinks.
The scheduling form is short on purpose. Name, email, optional date and time, and a promise of a reply within 24 hours.
